I rarely write reviews because I am terrible with words but Ryan's Heating and Cooling definitely deserved it so I made an exception. After dealing with a terrible company that ripped us off we called Ryan because of his good reviews. He took my call even after business hours, answered all of my many questions and was very patient with me. They came out and found that our unit needed to be replaced because of a large freon leak. He even showed me the leak which I appreciated. He stuck to the price he quoted us even though the job took longer than expected because other issues came up. I can not express how happy we are. We were in need of some air conditioned comfort and I could not wait until Monday. I called Friday mid-morning and he was out in the afternoon. Pleasure to do business with and was a better value than I had expected! Sometimes it's worth taking a chance on the small business owner versus the usual "big business." Great service!
