“Stylist: I didn’t get her name, but it seemed like it was the end of a long day for her. It was only 30 min before close. She appeared to be expecting and probably uncomfortable, BUT, she was so nice to my son & I. He's just about 13 and is starting to want no part of his mom’s hair advice. I like how she spoke directly to him to help understand what he was describing. She also was great about telling him what “most of the other kids his age” are using to style that cut.
