“This is both the representation of a horror story and a wonderful company. After a long rainstorm, I had clogged drains and water seeping into my basement. As one would, I got a plumber to fix the issue. While I was at work, I had my mom let the plumber in to fix it. When he was done, he accidentally locked my mother in the basement for 6 hours. Well, rightfully so, I was angry. So, I left a scathing call and got a call back the next day. I didn't think much about it for about a week and then got a letter in the mail. It was from them apologizing for the mix-up. Stuff happens, I get it, but I appreciate them owning up to it. As for their work, it was professional and done right.
