I called my virus protection company and they said the type of virus I had couldn't be removed and I had to call them every 3 months to clean up my computer. I talked with Mike at ATI and he was able to remove the virus and update my computer so it wouldn't happen again. Fantastic service and very knowledgeable!!! Highly recommend giving them a call.
