My air pooped out over the 4th, Mike answered my call promptly on the 5th and came right over to inspect my ca unit found the problem and scheduled me for the very next day. Mike was up front with costs and provided excellent customer service. He explained everything and fixed my air. I would highly recommend this company for all your heating and air needs. Mike made me feel comfortable and did not try to sell me anything I did not need, which is outstanding in my book. His honesty and integrity are highly commendable!!

he got to me the same day I had an issue. waiting overnight on a part meant a COLD house for me and my kids! this guy gave me 2 of his own heaters to use overnight for free! came back the next morning and found out it wasnt a $385 part I needed BUT a $20 part! very grateful for an honest hard working company like this!

I've used Mike at Chill-out twice now. Always great customer service and always a fair price. couldn't even get his "competition" in Lennox to hardly call me back. Highly recommended company. Thank you.
