Idk maybe things would’ve been different if we hadn’t come in on this night or gotten this dr or nurse but my experience was wonderful as it could be in an er. My baby is sick throwing up and just all around not feeling great. Her doctor was great, he did what he could to get this figured out for the night even though you could tell he was tired, he had such a good attitude was just a very positive all around and extremely helpful. (it is 4 am so I understand being tired) allowed us to stay another hour just to be in a safe place incase she started gagging again. I was only there for my mental health but never the less the staff of HRMC were still courteous and kind and were the same in helping me control my volume in order not to upset other patients. While it isn't a wonderful experience having to be in an emergency room environment, the staff there did make it a wonderful, learning experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The staff was as equally concerned for my daughter, as I was as her mother, truly the most compassionate people I’ve ever met.Please don’t ever lose that small town close community touch.
