Debbie and the entire sales staff were awesome. Debbie came to our house last year and evaluated our needs and followed through with flooring and carpet a year later. Weston Towes is their installer and he was absolutely amazing. Timely, professional, efficient and customer centered as is the entire Duane's organization.

We were finishing up our basement and from A to Z of working with different businesses to finish our basement, Duane’s Carpet Outlet is THE best business that my husband and I worked with.They (Erika and Debbie) listened to what we envisioned for our basement, great suggestions of which products work the best, and great punctuality on bringing your products. If we had any questions regards to our flooring, they were eager to help us out to make sure we have the top quality of the products.LOVE their customer service — HIGHLY recommend them!!
