“You cannot beat the customer service this company has. I'm from Iowa and had a driver heading to North Dakota on an important delivery, it was Saturday at 2pm and he blew a tire and as chances would have it he didn't have a spare for the trailer. No one in the area was open including Mudd's, but I called anyway. The gentleman answered and wouldn't leave me hanging. He had plans for that afternoon but he changed out of his good clothes, got a new tire and rim for us and headed to help my driver. They were nothing short of amazing and if I ever have a driver in the area who needs assistance again i wouldn't call anyone but these guys. I'm still blown away how they would push their plans on their day off to help a stranger from a different state. 10/10 would recommend these guys, they're amazing and I'll always be in their favor.
