I'm always nervous about trying a new hairstylist ... and I'm sure it shows when I visit a salon for the first time! I've had too many bad-hair experiences to recount ... but this was different! Lindsey (a new stylist at Polished) was a pro. She reassured me that she'd get me the cut I wanted and she absolutely followed through on it! She was kind, polite, and an excellent addition to the salon. I'll definitely be going back and I'll be recommending her to others!

I can't speak to the services yet but i did stop in to purchase a gift card. The ladies were welcoming and answered all my questions. Each who walked by asked how I was then thanked me for stopping by when I left.
