I would recommend Jim Bultsma and Heartland Real Estate. Jim was always available to take my calls and answer my questions. He was very responsive to emails as well. This was very important to me because I live out of state. Everything was taken care of via, email, DocuSign or by mail.
I was not at the place often as Patty came to me except for closing. Closing was effortless with no drama or stress. In my book that is SUPER. I would recommend Patty to anyone who wants to buy or sell not only because she gets the job done but also because she does it with consideration and great skill. THANKS SO MUCH!!!
