    Had a very close friend pass away and the family had ordered all their flowers from here. I decided to order ours from here too…from the very second I walked in I was frustrated, upset, and disappointed. The owner was extremely rude…told me he didn’t have any flowers left…said the family wasn’t using anything with color…he was very sharp speaking to me and almost nasty…I asked for something very specific in mind and he said he really didn’t have anything ….then he said he could do something…charged me $130 and promised me the one thing he said he could do..pheasant feathers…the flowers were awful…NO pheasant feathers.. half dead flowers…hardly... read full review

    It's getting close to be like a year of delivering to this location. And sharing my experience. As a driver. Most of the time I deliver at night time so I never get to see any of the people. But I do appreciate it is when the I carry in the boxes and nothing is in the way and that's when it's snow day they have clean that up ☺️.

    I ordered a bouquet for my brother’s funeral. In my head, I knew what I wanted but wasn’t sure how to let a florist get a glimpse of what I envisioned. I’m a little gun shy when ordering flowers because I’ve been disappointed many times. Billy did not disappoint!! With a 5 minute conversation it was like he knew exactly what I wanted. My siblings were very happy with it too. I will definitely recommend Amber Waves. Thank you Billy for giving us comfort on a sad day.
