“I have an 8 month old Newfie service dog in training. I selected this vet because of the docs with their specialties in both heart and joint care which all giant breeds are susceptible. She can't be spayed until she is 2 either, and by that point she will probably be 150+. (She's big for a female; already 95# and 28" tall) They seem to have all the technical know how and equipment to meet the needs for a giant breed if something goes sideways. I just took her in for heart worm testing, heart worm & flee and tick meds. I was very happy with how they treated her and answered all my questions.“

“From start to finish my experience as a client today has been amazing. I called last week to schedule an exam as a new client. Robin the receptionist was the sweetest lady. Came in this morning for our exam and was introduced to Kylie the vet tech. Kylie was nothing less than awesome and professional with a welcoming attitude. Then I got the privilege of meeting Dr. Sara Curry. I have worked in the animal industry for years and have never had a veterinarian make me feel so at home. I truly felt like my dog's best interest was always in mind and the same for my wallet. If there was a mountain top here in Sioux Falls I'd be running to it to shout from about how great this office is. Keep up the great work guys!“

“This facility and it's staff are WONDERFUL!I had been through an awful experience buying 4 more chickens to add to my 6 chicken flock. Thursday, 6/28/22, 60 hours after I brought them home, the new girls turned up extremely, sick extremely quickly. The seller treated me terribly when I called to inform him, and ask what he would do. It was late in the day, about 4:30pm, and I called every vet and SD agency I could think of or was recommended to for help, but to very little progress.By Friday morning, I was nearly ready to give up when Amber, Dr. Evan, Joe, and the Sioux Nation Ag Center team got involved. They did a TON of the footwork, and took away what had been a horrible, frustrating situation. They cleared the way for answers to help me, provided me relief and peace of mind, and have had EXCELLENT follow through. Amber especially has the BEST customer care skills and is SO SMART and CAPABLE!! Dr. Evan was compassionate and even took the call on his way to board a plane! Joe was available to me at a moment's request, and was supportive of myself and his team.These folks are what's right with the world. They are the SD I remember as a kid. I feel incredibly grateful for them, and confident in recommending them for your backyard poultry (and other Ag) needs!“

I have a very old Newfoundland mix, and the resident vet has been very good at helping me keep my old pooch healthy and happy.“

“The fact that I have to take my dog in at midnight was awful. The fact that they are open 24 hour for the emergency clinic is a blessing! There was a $132 fee to see a vet but my expensive visit was worth it to help my fur baby feel better. In the end, her eating something foreign that we couldn't tell what it was cost me about $1000 but she's alive, resting, and not throwing up anymore. The whole overnight staff was very kind and understanding. They explained things to me and made fair recommendations.I was told that many people don't do the ex ray and only do blood work because of the coast. I'm telling you now, do the ex ray if your pup may have eaten something. Yes, it's expensive but you love your baby and we would not have known that she had an obstruction if we hadn't done the ex ray.A plan of action was made and medication was prescribed. Now, my precious Opal dog is home resting and doing so much better! To see her comfortable is well worth the price tag.While it wasn't a fast experience, I would say it was very comparable to a standard ER visit for many people. It took us about 4 hours to get in, find out what the issue may have been, take action, and then head home. It wasn't unreasonable in our situation, and while every case may be different, I think the staff was very reasonable and understanding.Our midnight visit, while upsetting, was necessary and I'm glad we went. Opal has relief from her pain and is now resting comfortably at home because of the caring actions of the staff. Thank you to everyone involved in her care. You've reassured this dog mom and given my baby her comfort back.“
