I hired BHI over two years ago to roof my house and garage; replace three exterior doors; replace the soffit and facia with permanent product, and replace the gutters. Most of the the gutters fell off in the first wind, the soffit and facia were put over rotten wood so it is falling off; and I have big concerns that their promise to make sure there was no rotten wood on the roof areas before shingling was not done either. I am a reasonable person and tried to work with Larry Campbell (roofing mgr) at BHI, after the original person I was met with to get the bid and supervise the work was let go.
