They refused to clean my brand new 2 yr old carpet simply because my dog peed on it & then my husband used bleach to try & clean it.Excuse me, Your a carpet cleaning service you're supposed to clean stuff like that.Then the woman told me I should just replace the carpet instead of cleaning it. It's brand new why the hell would I do that. You're just trying to get business for your friends in town. Well that's not going to happen. If I have to replace my carpet then I'm buying it (with my social security) (your tax money) out of state to keep your friends from making money off of me. If you're going to play stupid games I will take your tax money and not keep it local.
