My original vet didn't have very good hours and often wouldn't make room for emergencies. Dr. Ketteler took my dog in immediately after calling, even though he had never before been seen by him. Him and his wife made me feel very comfortable and we had a long casual conversation over animals and such. He is old fashioned, which is not a bad thing! & reasonably priced! You can tell he truly cares about helping animals.
