He returned my call promptly, listened to my concern, and explained the solution without talking down to me. Respectful of boundaries, he said he'd visit his client that day to raise the issue. I was delighted to hear back from him that afternoon, not only that he'd fixed the problem but that he'd take the time when I myself was not his client.The level of service Tudogs provides is remarkable. I would call on Brian for my own business if the need arose while visiting Elk Point again in the future.
