“These guys were recommended by a friend. I had a non emergent issue and tried to set up appt. First attempt was no call back. My friend was surprised and called him. He called and left message. Took me 2 days to call back bc we were heading out of town for extended trip. He asked me to text my address and someone would reach out to set up appt.....Crickets!! 7 days later I texted for follow up and the response was he would try to get there that day. I responded and asked for appt slot on the 10th rather as we were still out of town. He said ok. Reached out on the 10th for time of arrival and again crickets. It's unprofessional and rude. I typically would have moved on after the first- no call back but the company was highly recommended. I am not sure who was communicating with but I felt a review was fair after this experience. Could have been handle so differently. Communication would have went a long way and I would have been very understanding.“

“Dave installed our new furnace and air conditioner many years ago. We took his warranty on them and he has come to our house when repairs were needed. Both times on a Holiday. He does excellent work.Service: Heating system installation“
