Cleary building 60 by 120 seven inches out of square has leaked since Day One put nails in roof when contact said screw's they came out three times two of the three times did not get out of truck and the time they got out they went through every building on property have spend thousands of dollars just to get garage doors to fit and Walk in door and windows they said build to code hire a engineer in his report not even close to code after about 20 calls they would not call back my number is 605728999 if you have any questions Roger backhaus

Customer service is non-existent. 2 years + and still waiting for final work to be finished. Tom is the nicest guy ever, when you're designing paying for your building, then when reality comes, there is no customer service, will not answer my calls, or texts. what a mistake it is to use these people.

This the worst experience with a contractor I've ever had, and I've had a LOT of experiences in construction. The entire Dell Rapids operation needs to be rebuilt. Incompetence from top to bottom.
