Monument Health Custer Clinic is a family medicine clinic offering comprehensive care for all ages. Patients appreciate the attentive and compassionate care provided by board-certified physicians. The clinic is a beautiful and very new facility that offers urgent care. The staff is professional, friendly, and easy to talk to, providing excellent and thoughtful care. Patients feel a high level of trust and are treated as an important person, making the clinic a valued healthcare resource in the community.
I visited Monument Health Custer Clinic’s urgent care on March 24 while traveling from out of state, and I was extremely impressed with the facility—it’s absolutely beautiful and feels very new! The staff was professional, and I had the pleasure of being seen by Avery Sides. She is intelligent, friendly, easy to talk to, and provided excellent care. I would highly recommend her and the clinic overall.
That said, be mindful of the costs. My visit, including testing for SARS, influenza, and RSV, totaled $797, which seemed quite steep for an urgent care visit. Fortunately, my insurance helped with some of the expenses, but the pricing was still surprising.

All of my interactions with Monument Health in Custer have been positive. I especially appreciate the professionalism and care of Dr. Louise as well as the efforts of Derrick and Eric in physical therapy. PT put in the effort necessary to figure out what is most helpful to me and I continue to reap benefits from the time spent there. Thanks again!
I always am treated as an important person. I was early and I sat down and pulled out my book and got called back. Ashley introduced herself and then the two students came and chatted with me and then Dr Joy came in and everything was talked through .
