The customer service is great. They answered the phone in a timely manner and were very helpful regarding my concerns.I came here with some issues regarding random crashes and overheating from my laptop. I wasn’t sure if it was a fan or hard drive issue. They offered to do a diagnostic review for free. Everything was running well, and the only issue was overheating, nothing an external fan couldn’t fix.
