He has always been friendly and willing to take time and answer all of my questions. The quality of Joe's work was top notch and his bid came in lower than everyone else. “I called these guys and spoke with Ron. I called them to get help with my new furnace, to help figure out why it is making a strange smell, he recommended I contact the builder to help with the repair so the warranty will cover the repair costs. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism.He could have easily scheduled a visit, come and checked out my furnace and billed me, but he was honest and very cool and once again recommended i contact the builder, saving me $$“
