I don't know what all there negative reviews are about. Maybe just really old. I myself found Michels to be nothing less than 100% professional, great work, done in a timely manner, exactly to the size and colors I wanted. From the day I walked into their showroom to the day my 22 x 40 building was done, it was less than 4 weeks and one week was because of the Sturgis Bike Rally. I've been waiting over 7 months from other contractors to have other work done. My siding took several months to start and a month of actual work. Every day 4 to 5 people showed up around 7am and worked until 3pm or more. My siding people would show up whenever, 1 or 2 sometimes... read full review

Steve and Ken and their crew are knowledgeable, experienced and were damn near surgical in their approach to my outbuilding project. Everything from plotting and materials selection to construction went off without a hitch, resulting in a 40x80 garage/shop/motorhome nest that is beyond my expectations. I highly recommend their services and could not be happier with the finished product. It came out so well, I decided to add another $70k for a double wide concrete driveway rather than asphalt, simply for aesthetics and longevity. Full recommendation for a firm that has put up literally thousands of buildings in South Dakota. Best of the best!
