Our bedroom slider quit working on our trip home to California from Michigan. I called Progressive RV on the Thursday before Labor Day and they told me they would try and fit me in on Tuesday morning the day after Labor Day. We were prepared for a long day and possibly having to continue home with the retracted slide. We arrived just after they opened and they took us right in. If we could give 500 STARS we would! We stopped in Sundance, WY on a Friday to spend the night on our way to Montana. Our Truma AquaGo water heater would not turn on and had an error code (sponge bath that night). Next morning, called our dealer in FL and they tried to walk us through but nothing worked so they told us to call a mobile tech. NONE available on a Saturday morning!!! Then, God answered our prayers when Jim picked up the phone. He took the time to walk us through some in depth troubleshooting and WOW, we got hot water!!! Thank you Jim for picking up the phone on a Saturday morning and taking your time to take care of us in need.
