Very nice, honest, and reliable! They are not pushy salesmen like so many places are. We couldn’t believe how responsive and quick they were while at the same time being thorough and not ever cutting any corners. We’ll never use another company for our AC! Thank y’all so much! Have been with Manly Brothers for 4 years and utilizing their annual maintenance plan. Last night my AC stopped working and I left a message on their machine. Got a callback quickly and they promised to come the following day. (Happened to be the hottest day so far this Summer) Tim arrived at 11:30 and had the unit up and running in just a few minutes. Don’t get his kind of service from the much larger AC companies here. Plan to be a Manly Brothers customer for life.
I called Manly Brothers out to give me an estimate on a new heating and air conditioning system. They noticed my unit was only 9 years old (a company that had come out to service it said I had a leak in the coolant line and because of the cost of repair I should just replace it.) Manly Brothers found the problem had nothing to do with the coolant line. They took the time to troubleshoot and found the part that needed to be replaced. I am so impressed with their skill and with their integrity. I highly recommend them!
