Buyer beware. Save yourself time, money, and a headache. Tom Oswald is a terrible builder. He will not abide by the contract he agrees to. He attempted to build a house for me in Ridgeway and failed to complete the house. It took him two years to complete 80% of the house. We had to fire him for breach of contract, his incompetency and poor workmanship. We are finding problems with his work all over the house. We are still fixing the mess he left behind. We discovered that Tom Oswald did not pay his subcontractors even though he was being paid consistently and timely through the construction loan.
