I was so impressed with the process until they had their money. The communication abruptly stopped! I paid almost an extra thousand dollars for a 48” on center building. I needed the four foot centers, so the drywall would mathematically work for drywall to be hung, without excessive framing. The truss walls weren’t manufactured that way. I have made so many attempted calls, emails, and text messages to get it resolved/ made right. Every person I have spoken to for over two months all say the same thing! “I’ll have to talk to the shop manager, and have him call you!” That’s not the only problem. Quality building, good prices and customer service was ok. The reason for a one star is because it took them 8 months to install our building! They continued to put us off for the installation of our building! They said it would take 3 months!
