Everyone I’ve had interactions with have been fantastic! I bought a house in the spring and the A/C never worked properly. That’s when I first contacted them, and I haven’t been disappointed yet. We tried some cheaper fixes first, which I greatly appreciated since I JUST bought the house. In the end we ended up going with a mini-split system. They have always been quick to get here, and everyone is so polite and friendly. I especially appreciate the multiple times that Scott has been here well after closing time to fix things. Palmetto Air not only met my expectations but far exceeded my expectations. Service tech was very knowledgeable, respectful and on time. They did a great job and was very competitively priced. I will use them again in the future!!
