The crew worked efficiently and professionally and were very friendly. I appreciated that they played good music while they worked, and there was no alcohol, smoking nor bad language used while on the property. Made sure they cleaned up after themselves when done.Frank is not only honest, but he is thoughtful. He enjoys doing jobs for the elderly because he sees how often companies take advantage of us. He takes time to talk and discuss our decisions and to make sure we understand every step of the job to be done. He's a patient man who doesn't seem to be bothered with numerous phone calls having to repeat himself or calm the anxiety of this old woman.
