The doctors, particularly Dr. Floyd, are professional and thorough in their care. They take the time to answer questions and provide genuine recommendations. The staff's gentle and caring approach makes pets feel comfortable, and owners can trust that their pets are in good hands.
Dr. Floyd is a true animal lover, and it genuinely shows. He clearly cares about both his patients and their owners. His bedside manner is excellent, he takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, and he never makes you feel rushed. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and kind. I drive all the way from Fairview Crossroads just to come here, and it’s absolutely worth it. His prices are reasonable, and I trust him completely with the care of my pets!
Dr Floyd was so compassionate and caring, and at the same time professional, providing answers we had needed for several weeks. He assessed my cat's situation and put me at ease immediately with at home steps to take. I am forever grateful.
