Our 3 dogs visit Van Crest for their well check-ups, and sick visits. Our 2 newest puppies just finished their routine puppy visits. The staff was very accommodating when scheduling around my work hours. The vet techs and both veterinarians were welcoming, and very knowledgeable. All questions or concerns I had were answered at each visit. All email correspondence was returned quickly, and thoroughly. I highly recommend Van Crest for all of your pet care needs!
When I misread my appointment time, the staff were absolutely kind and saw my sick cat sooner than we were scheduled. I don't say this to set an expectation that they take walk-ins, but just the staff are the kind of caring and professional you want looking after your pets.
We love Van Crest Animal Hospital. Dr. C and Dr. Nick are incredible people who provide exceptional care and professional expertise. The staff always go above and beyond to exceed our expectations and make us feel comfortable and at ease. So happy to have found this wonderful place after going to a big box vet for many years.
