I REALIZE THAT THEY CLOSED AT 8PM, BUT THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I'VE BEEN HERE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO CLOSING, AND HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT I COULD NOT TAN!!! I THOUGHT IT WAS @ULTRATAN PRACTICE TO ACCOMMODATE ANY CUSTOMER THAT COMES IN EVEN IF IT IS ONE MINUTE PRIOR TO CLOSING!!! STANDARDS ARE REALLY FALLING, ESPECIALLY WITH THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION.... ALMOST 10 YEARS IVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER... I'M SOOO DISAPPOINTED IN THE DOWNFALL!! I SINCERELY HOPE THAT THERE IS JUST "CIRCUMSTANCES" THAT ARE THE CAUSE OF THIS CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ???“
