Always friendly and helpful!! Extra thankful for their quick service today! Our AC went out and Mack Heating & Cooling provided same day service! Not only did they fit us in th8s afternoon, but our technician was able to find the parts we needed and get our unit fixed too!
Because of cold temps, just out of the hospital for heart surgery and the bearing going out on my heat pump's fan motor, I called one company, but it wud be till Tuesday before they came. Then I remembered nearby Mack Heating & Cooling, so I called them. Their AC Tech, Kenny, came to the house the same afternoon, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it promptly! I definitely will use them agn for future needs!!!
