My crawl space dehumidifier stopped working, and Mack Heating & Cooling was the preferred company to work on our Aprilaire unit.
I called around 8:30 a.m., and they had a technician at my house at 10:30 a.m. the same day to diagnose the issue. They had the unit repaired by noon that day.

Calum came out to my parents house. There heat was out for the count. Calum went above and beyond what was needed. Couldn't have told you how happy I was when someone cares that arrives at the house to fix the heat. The parts that where needed where no longer available. This guy drove 1 hr each way to go and get the part necessary to be able to complete the job. Well done. This is the place to go when you need service done. They get it done right and fast!
I called the office yesterday to report my HVAC wasn’t working. A very short time later a technician arrived. He diagnosed my issue and called to see if the part was available. After the storm, so many places were short staffed. They picked up my part and it’s repaired by 1:00 on Saturday. Everyone that I spoke with was personable and engaging. They completely reaffirmed that good companies and people are still around. Within 24 hours of a major storm I am so pleased. Big shout out!!!😁
