Just as Carlos Pagan has never used my investment services. I’ve never used his tax services. However, he felt it necessary to leave a negative review on Google due to the fact that he parked in a parking lot in front of my business and was towed. He was towed because he chose to park in a parking lot and not pay for parking. He then fussed about the fact that we helped get the fine reduced from $150-$75 even though he should’ve simply been towed and paid the full $150.
