Sheri Tuski, one of the recruiters working for Iron Mountain in West Columbia, invited me for an interview for a data entry specialist position and then decided to ghost me. She emailed me 20 minutes after our scheduled interview to tell me they had chosen to proceed with other candidates for this role? It boggles my mind how unprofessional these recruiters can be. In my many years in management, I have never dealt with anyone with this level of unprofessional behavior.
