Second time taking my cat to the vet for an annual checkup & I am so pleased with the customer service! They are very friendly & professional & I trust them with my cat (she can be wild and gets nervous easy). By the time we left, Smokey had relaxed & fell asleep from checkout desk to the car. I'm so glad I found a vet that she & I love! They are also very easy to get ahold of, which I appreciate so much as well
18 years ago, I brought my first snake to see Dr. Foy. He has been my favorite veterinarian from that day on. He is wonderful to my snakes and my cats. The whole staff has cared for my furbabies over the years, but Foy is my reptile man! Dr. Foy, Dr. Brown, Dr. Huse, Dr. Breland (and everyone who has come and gone in the almost 2 decades I have entrusted them with my pets) have ALL been wonderful. They truly care. It doesn't matter if you get an emergency appointment (because you think something is wrong & nothing is wrong) or you are having to make the most difficult decision of euthaniasia; THEY CARE. I would feel like I was committing vet-adultery if I even thought of going somewhere else!!
Everyone here is exceptionally kind and you can tell they are really passionate about what they do. I was pretty anxious about going to a new vet than i usually do for my rabbits spay, since we couldn't afford the $800 my usual vet would charge so we shopped around and drove from Charleston to Colombia just to go here. After meeting them i felt much better about leaving her there and they called to update me on her condition and everything went great. Not to mention it was about a quarter of what we would have paid at the other place for them to do a whole general appt with the spay. I wish we were closer so we could come here on the regular but if i ever need a bigger procedure done i'll make the drive back to see them again. Thank for taking care of Emerie
