WOW! Professionalism at its best! This is my very first time working with Zenata. She is very knowledgeable and patient. I was running behind and once I logged in to our virtual meeting, she had already started working on my documents. She went back to the beginning and had me review everything to make sure it was correct and moved forward from there. She made sure I understood the process, explained what I could and could not do.
