Recently had Clark's come out to spray our home and was blown away at the professional of our technician Eli Pinckney. He was courteous, knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions! Highly recommend!

Long term customer, but should be zero stars at this point. Quite literally went from one of the best services out there to the absolute worst in the span of a year. Got bought out, increased prices twice in a matter of months, by over 30% in total, and service became 100% worse (quite literally, they bill you but don't show up, I received 2 out of 4 scheduled services, but they didn't have any problem billing me). Please don't support these guys, there are far better options out there!

I had a good relationship with Clarke's for many years. As others have recently stated, they are no longer the same company. They bill you before they come and you dont know they are even coming. If I dont know you're coming and I dont see you when you come, you are not getting paid. When you call, no one answers. I have left several messages and no one called me back. A completely non responsive company!!!!!! I received an email yesterday calling me a Valued Customer, but also letting me know of a "10 percent or MORE" price increase.
