They have always taken very good care of my dogs and cats❤️ when our beagle Molly was in renal failure, they provided excellent care for her and at the end of her life gave her and me comfort in letting go. They have also been able to keep our 14yr old boxer/pit Jack maintain a quality life. Thank you also for your professional and caring staff!!

My baby Barney (dog) had a broken tooth and after a Petrifying experience with a different vet, I took my dog Barney to Dr. Chambers and his team. The previous experience was so traumatic for Barney and myself that I was beyond nervous when Lex took Barney to the back to draw blood. (I did share with her the previous experience) When Lex came back out, she told me that everything went great - that he was nervous at first but took her time to calm him down and then chop chop it was all done. After the surgery, Lex sent me the sweetest picture of my baby - when he woke up he started whining so she went in his crate with him to calm him down.. Now THAT's what I call above and beyond. The following day I received a call from Lex to check in. All went well. I was able to send pictures via text from the wound and received answers in a short time. Dr. Chambers is so quick to respond to my email as well. Indeed, I paid a little more with Dr. Chambers than the quote I received at the previous vet - HOWEVER, the loving care & competent service Barney received and the kindness I received (I might have been slightly over-worried..) are MORE than worth the slightly higher cost. We are grateful!

The staff is friendly, professional and very attentive. It is a pleasure to visit, as the facility is exceptionally clean and aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend Van Crest for your fur baby's care.
