All American replaced our HVAC yesterday after our heat stopped working over the weekend. They sent someone out so quickly and to get a unit quote and installation for Monday morning was phenomenal! This after our a/c unit stopped working back in the summer and we knew our unit was on borrowed time.In the summer, when we called toward the end of the day no less, they had a technician contact us right back and he came out within 30 minutes. Jared was so warm, friendly, and professional. Jeff came to do our regularly scheduled maintenance on our HVAC system and pointed out that since our system was 19 years old, we needed to purchase a new system. We had been aware of this since we had moved here 4 years ago so we had been saving to do the replacement. Jeff gave us two quotes for the new system and left for us to discuss it. We called the following day to let him know which choice we wanted and what we were willing to pay. Jeff contacted the owners of the business who came back with a reduced price than the original quote, but it was still more than we could pay. I just purchased my new home, and the gas company came out to connect my service. While testing the system, the tech noticed that the thermostat was not working. The thermostat had your company info on the front. So I called and spoke with a very wonderful woman, who said that she could have someone out to me right away. I said, "That's AWESOME!!!" The tech arrived not long after I got off the phone with her. Jeff Royer was the tech that came out. He greeted me very professionally and asked, what seems to be the problem?
