Troy was quick to diagnose the issue and get us up and running. Showed us detailed pictures. Loved the communication of when he would arrive and of all the issues. We will us them again for sure.
They have been to my house 7 times and have been paid 1200 and it’s 82 degrees in here. I do not know why they keep sending the same person to not fix my ac. I have a 5 year old and my mother whom is an elderly woman living with me. I’ve been having the same issues since summer. The tech doesn’t communicate properly and I am up at 0430 with my child because she is uncomfortable. Tomorrow will be the 8th time. My ac unit is 4 years old.
Update: They have been coming back to check on everything. So far it’s working and communication has been better! I’m changing my rating to a 5⭐️ . You guys have been working diligently. I appreciate that!
