Quality Heat & Air replaced our HVAC and duct work when we purchased our house in 2017. They performed exceptional work and were the lowest price of the four companies who gave us quotes.

Fast forward to Monday, we had Quality out for our yearly service/cleaning. Ralph Williams, the technician who performed the work, was absolutely fantastic. He was timely, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Later that evening, I noticed our mini-split HVAC unit (not purchased from Quality) was not working. I waited a few months before submitting a review. I think I can safely say now that we're 100% happy with Quality. They replaced our split unit in one day. They also replaced about 1/2 our duct work. I knew we had some leaks under there but didn't know just how bad it was. Even though electric prices have gone up since last year and it has been one hot summer our bill was $165.00 cheaper than last July. We've also been able to run 2 degrees higher at night because the house is much less humid. And the best part?
