“Quality Heat & Air replaced our HVAC and duct work when we purchased our house in 2017. They performed exceptional work and were the lowest price of the four companies who gave us quotes.

Fast forward to Monday, we had Quality out for our yearly service/cleaning. Ralph Williams, the technician who performed the work, was absolutely fantastic. He was timely, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Later that evening, I noticed our mini-split HVAC unit (not purchased from Quality) was not working. I called after 5pm and within minutes Ralph called me back and helped me trouble shoot the problem. Tuesday morning, I noticed a puddle of water in our sunroom where the unit is installed. I assumed the condensate line from our fridge was clogged, and went on about my day. When I went back out there around 5:30 pm, I realized that the water was coming from the mini-split. I called and left a message asking for them to call me the next day. Ralph called within minutes and told me he would be right out. He was able to diagnose the issue (failed condensate pump - which had nothing to with anything he did) and offered me a fix that would ensure we never had this issue again. Today, Ralph came out fixed the issue as discussed, and we no longer have standing water in the floor. I cannot say enough good things about our experience and Ralph.
