Quality Heat & Air replaced our HVAC and duct work when we purchased our house in 2017. They performed exceptional work and were the lowest price of the four companies who gave us quotes.
Fast forward to Monday, we had Quality out for our yearly service/cleaning. Ralph Williams, the technician who performed the work, was absolutely fantastic. He was timely, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Later that evening, I noticed our mini-split HVAC unit (not purchased from Quality) was not working. I called after 5pm and within minutes Ralph called me back and helped me trouble shoot the problem. Tuesday morning, I noticed a puddle of water in our sunroom where the unit is installed. I assumed the condensate line from our fridge was clogged, and went on about my day. When I went back out there around 5:30 pm, I realized that the water was coming from the mini-split. I called and left a message asking for them to call me the next day. Ralph called within minutes and told me he would be right out. He was able to diagnose the issue (failed condensate pump - which had nothing to with anything he did) and offered me a fix that would ensure we never had this issue again. Today, Ralph came out fixed the issue as discussed, and we no longer have standing water in the floor. I cannot say enough good things about our experience and Ralph.
I truly hope that Quality Heat and Air realizes what a tremendous asset that Ralph is to their business. Additionally, I would highly recommend anyone in need of HVAC needs or service to contact Quality Heat and Air!

I had a badly damaged driveway that needed replacing and was causing a major washing issue. Steve Adams and his crew did a wonderful job with removal of the old drive (about 75 feet up from street) and constructing a new driveway. He suggested that the new drive be curved in such a way that the water would largely go down the middle instead of washing to the side toward my neighbor's driveway. This worked perfectly. The new drive not only takes care of the wash issue, but looks great and has enhanced the appearance of my house and property. His crew worked very hard and everything was handled in a very professional manner. I was very pleased with the project from beginning to end.Service: Driveway installation
I had a hickory tree fall into my pool and called two tree services. Craig’s Tree Service called back in less than 10 minutes, and they were able to respond to get it out the same day. The other service never even called me back. I then arranged with Craig’s Tree Service to do more work in my yard. I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend them.
Who ever posted a one star on this groomer must be from another state. She been grooming for over 30 years and loved by everyone that comes to her..and they always come back. There's no lost to her ..you are living in the south now set your clocks on eastern time. It looks like you aren't happy no manner where you go..hey you living in South Carolina like to song ...don't worry be happy ?
