I called & asked a few questions as did he & my husband took all our necessary documentation in. When he returned everything had been taken care of expeditiously and we are very pleased with our unexpected refund. BTW I did read Lenny’s reviews so if anyone’s wondering —yes reviews make a difference either good or bad ones.“
