We had no idea that a USB flash drive could go bad. You just plug it into the computer and there is all your data. Only if it does not open, it will not work. We had one that would not open. Of course it had everything that we needed, hours upon hours of work. The professionals, Bengie and Marsha, fixed my problem, and saved me a ton of work. I highly recommend then for all your computer maintenance needs.
