We recently had to bury our Dad which is something that is never easy for any family. We live a 1 hour and 1/2 away which made it a challenge but Chip Howard and Ches Gilbert went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated which does not happen much these days. The prices were amazingly affordable all the staff were understanding and showed respect to and for the family. Chip Howard helped us plan the funeral took the time to explain and made sure we didn’t have any questions and he did not make us feel rushed or a bother, He made us feel like family. When my mother passed away two weeks ago, I initially called a well known Greenville large funeral home to handle the arrangements. I was extremely disappointed by the rather cold manner in which I was treated. There was absolutely no compassion or empathy. I was left with the feeling that because this was to be a simple cremation, in other words not an elaborate full service funeral, that my business was neither desirable nor important.
