Alex came out to do our estimate and actually took the time to explain the pictures he took. He went over my options in length and even advised me on the good and bad of filling with insurance. The day of, everything ran efficiently. Ethan checked on me a couple of times to make sure my dogs and I were good since we were home. “In 2007, Carlton Roofing installed a new roof on the main portion of our home. About 3 months later, we added a two-car attached garage, and they did the roofing on it as well. In 2016, our outbuilding sprung a roof leak in the original roofing, which was on the building when we purchased it elsewhere. This time, we called Carlton Roofing to put a whole new roof on. In the past few months, we have noticed a leak in the ceiling in our Living Room. Since there are no plumbing pipes going to that area, we suspected that we had a roof leak. "John" and "Johnny" from Carlton Roofing came out on February 19th promptly at 10 o'clock...our scheduled appointment day/time. After a thorough search in the attic and the roof itself, it was determined that an area at the "valley" and the "drop down wall" (we live in a tri-level home) had a leak. Today, "John" and "Johnny" from Carlton Roofing came out...again PROMPTLY at 10 o'clock, removed some of the roof shingles, found the source of the leak, repaired it and added new shingles. We have nothing but GREAT things to say about Carlton Roofing...they arrive at the specified time, get right to work, are courteous and professional and a pleasure to work with. “Hurricane Helene brought her fury to my daughter’s home in Taylors and dropped a tree on her house. We called Rhino when I know they were busier than they could’ve imagined. They came out in less than 12 hours, saw the damage to her dwelling, and before nighttime had a crew removing as much of the tree as they possibly could. They told us it was the ninth house they had worked on that day. They took out the limbs puncturing through her roof and into her ceiling. They covered her house with tarps to secure it from any upcoming bad weather. The head of the crew explained the next steps as we wait for the removal of tree trunk, debris, repairs, roofing, etc. We know Rhino has dedicated workers helping the next community member in dire need, so we will hang in there. We are grateful for their immediate response to our call for help, and appreciate all they are doing to help the victims of Helene.
