The person who did my hair was very nice, however, I am disappointed with the results. I wanted a touch up on my roots and to brighten up my hair a little. Instead, I got a bunch of over processed white bleached strands on top of the blonde I already had. The top of my hair looks almost the same as it did when I arrived, (roots grown on) so I do not feel like I got what I payed for. I was expecting a better blend, but my the top of my head is simply brown and then bright white blonde, no blend. I felt like I wasted 4 hours sitting in a chair just to be let down by the final product.

I love my hair. It's exactly what I wanted. I ask for trim that's what I got. When I made my appointment I sent picture to Kelli Dodgens-Farr told her I wanted lighter but not bleach blonde look. It's a honey color. I think this is first time I got exactly what I wanted. Friendly atmosphere. Call and get an appointment with farr.out.hair.bykk. you will like results.

Beautiful salon and great ladies. Went in to see Erin because my hair was a hot mess. It had 50 shades of red, black, brown and gray and I left with a beautiful solid color. THANK YOU!!
