I have had a rough month with roofing concerns. The first company I called out (unnamed) said I had hail damage and should file a claim. Ben came out today, after the claim was denied, to give me a full inspection and professional opinion of the roof conditions. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions with no hesitation. He even let me tag along (and ask a million questions, sorry Ben) as he checked not only the roof but the exterior of the house as well. They are wonderful to work with on the phone and in person. They didn't try to sell me roofing when I did need it. They fixed what I needed. I will be their customer again in the future!
